Job Overview
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Work Schedule
We offer a flexible schedule and can work around your availability. Workers can be scheduled up to 6 days a week if desired.
Weekdays: 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Sundays: 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Note: Schedule varies; we aim to avoid scheduling the same workers every weekend night.
Responsibilities:
For Grillers:
Live Cooking: Prepare menu items to order on an open-style grill, ensuring consistent quality, temperature, and presentation.
Order Accuracy: Carefully follow customer specifications and dietary requests in a fast-paced environment.
Station Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grill station throughout the shift.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations, including proper tool usage and cleaning procedures.
For Food Prep:
Ingredient Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and portion vegetables, meats, and other ingredients to maintain par levels.
Stocking & Organization: Ensure prep stations are fully stocked and ingredients are stored according to "First In, First Out" (FIFO) standards.
Kitchen Support: Assist the grilling team by coordinating ingredients and keeping the workspace efficient during peak hours.
Cleanliness: Execute daily cleaning tasks, including dishwashing, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.

Customer Service: Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
Flexibility: Willingness to work a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.
