Responsibilities:
Safely set up, adjust, and operate manufacturing machinery (e.g., presses, palletizers, or slitters) according to specific production standards.
Perform manual and visual inspections of finished products to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality specifications.
Clean equipment and maintain a tidy work area before, during, and after shifts to comply with 5S and safety standards.
Monitor the production line to clear jams, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, and report significant malfunctions to the Shift Supervisor.
Move materials and finished goods to designated warehouse areas or onto truck trailers as required.
Work closely with team members to meet production goals and assist with equipment changeovers to minimize downtime.
Follow all OSHA regulations and site-specific safety protocols, including the use of PPE and participation in safety training.
Working hours: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Skills:
1+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Previous experience troubleshooting automated machinery or process control systems.
A history of working effectively in team-based environments with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Ability to stand for 8???12 hour shifts and lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly.
Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and use hands/fingers to manipulate small components or operate controls.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending instructions in English.
Basic math proficiency, including addition, subtraction, and the ability to take accurate measurements.
Must be willing to work rotating shifts, evenings, nights, and weekends as necessitated by business needs.
