Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Rate: Starting at $20.50/hr (Higher rates may be considered based on experience).
- Employment Type: 30-day Temp-to-Hire.
- Shifts Available: Currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- Shift Flexibility: High flexibility is preferred. Please note that all new hires must be available to train on the 1st shift before moving to their permanent schedule.
Shift Hours:
- 12-Hour Shifts: 1st (7 AM - 7 PM) | 2nd (7 PM - 7 AM)
- 8-Hour Shifts: 1st (7 AM - 3:30 PM) | 2nd (3 PM - 11:30 PM) | 3rd (11 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Punctuality Note: We value your time and our customers' time. To keep our production lines running smoothly, arriving early is considered "on time" for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and manage extraction machinery, including Spinning Cone Columns (SCCs), decanters, centrifuges, microfilters, and CT12 machines.
- Start up and calibrate extraction equipment and load tea hoppers.
- Pull and analyze samples of tea essence and solids to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Manage tea dumpsters and oversee the proper packing and storage of finished materials.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Ability to analyze data and improve process efficiency is a key asset for this role.
- A solid understanding of the specific safety and regulatory requirements governing the food and beverage industry.
- Practical knowledge of instrumentation and process control systems used in manufacturing.
- An excellent work ethic and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience with SCC technology or similar separation processes, plus HMI mechanical experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis, process optimization, and familiarity with process control systems/instrumentations.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements within the food and beverage industries.
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50?60 lbs. repeatedly.
- Comfortable climbing stairs/ladders and standing or walking for long periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive bending, twisting, and kneeling.
- Ability to work in high-temperature environments and tolerate prolonged heat.
