The Logistics Associate is responsible for the precise management and movement of all server components and materials within our data center warehouse and facility. This role is critical for ensuring material availability, inventory accuracy, and the physical integration of server hardware into racks. Key duties include receiving, processing, kitting, scanning, and using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory, culminating in the building and staging of complex server racks.

Responsibilities:
Accurately receive, inspect, and track server components using scanners
Build and integrate server racks
Perform picking, packing, and daily cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
Teamwork: Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively with teams.
Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical warehouse tasks.
Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including potential overtime as needed.

Skills:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience (1+ years preferred) in a Warehouse or Distribution environment.
Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with Warehouse Inventory Management Systems (WMS) and the use of Barcode Scanners for material tracking.
Physical Capability: Proven ability to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds and handle repetitive physical tasks.
Team & Schedule: A proven positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team structure, with flexibility for overtime as required.

Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time during a shift.
Equipment Handling: Must be able to safely and effectively handle and operate equipment
Lifting & Mobility: Must be capable of lifting objects of various shapes and sizes (up to 50 lbs.) and performing tasks that involve reaching, bending, and stooping.
Dexterity & Fine Motor Skills: Requires the ability to accurately use hands and fingers to feel tools and equipment for tasks such as component mounting, connecting cables, and using scanners.
