We are seeking a high energy, detail oriented Warehouse Customer Service Lead to serve as the frontline face of our operation. Responsibilities:
- Manage the check in and check out process for all truck drivers, ensuring accurate documentation and a positive experience.
- Schedule all inbound and outbound loads, tracking activity within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Act as the primary owner of the WMS, entering data, auditing shipment accuracy, and performing inventory reconciliations.
- Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, Lift Truck Operators, and the Cycle Count Lead to resolve inventory discrepancies and expedite orders.
- Track returned goods (RGA forms) and damaged products to ensure inventory availability is updated in real time.
- Generate and share essential reports for inventory, scale logs, and shipments with the management team.
- Oversee the creation of custom placards and labels for outgoing orders to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Manage office administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining record retention policies, and preparing monthly customer invoicing.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers and carriers via phone, email, and text.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
- Leadership Experience: Prior experience leading a small team, supervising clerks, or acting as a "Lead" in a shipping or receiving office.
- Advanced WMS Knowledge: Deep experience with inventory reconciliation, audit processes, and investigating inventory discrepancies.
- Financial Oversight: Experience with invoicing, comparing final invoices to physical inventory, and managing billing activity for accuracy.
- Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety, facility security, and general warehouse safety protocols.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or industrial office environment.
- Proven ability to operate a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of accurate record keeping and time management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
