Responsibilities:
Omnichannel Support: Assist customers and business partners promptly and professionally via phone and email.
De-escalation & Resolution: Handle customer complaints with a calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
Problem Solving: Diagnose, assess, and resolve real-time delivery issues or customer bottlenecks.
Route Monitoring: Actively track and monitor the progress of active delivery routes to ensure on-time performance.
Logistics Admin: Scan haul-away pods, verify stamps, and accurately process changes or cancellations to active delivery orders.
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project).
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in a customer service environment (Call Center or Logistics environment is a major plus).
Strong Communication: Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of resolving complex issues.
Multitasking Maestro: Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Thrive Under Pressure: Ability to stay grounded and deliver solutions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
