We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Planner for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
In this role, you will oversee invoice processing, tracking, and reconciliation within a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities:
Collect, receive, and manage files and data for logistics invoices.
Upload invoices into the tracking system and assign accurate General Ledger (GL) codes.
Audit invoices, correct errors, and adapt to rotating vendor assignments.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and conduct root-cause analysis.
Meet weekly processing and reporting deadlines, assist with month-end accounting closes, and complete weekly reconciliations.
Participate in continuous improvement activity teams and complete special projects assigned by management.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Experience with automated invoicing and tracking software platforms.
Adaptability to shifting vendor assignments and evolving workflows.

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
3???5 years of progressive experience in invoice processing within a logistics setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong analytical, root-cause problem-solving, and summarizing/reporting skills.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
