Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, and receiving tasks.
- Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks (PIT) to move, stack, and stage materials.
- Collaborate across various departments to streamline supply chain processes and provide operational insights.
- Assist with project planning and preparation for seasonal inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all physical and operational safety standards.
- Work independently and efficiently within a large, open-space warehouse setting to meet daily production goals.
- Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for basic data entry and inventory tracking.
- Familiarity or experience with international shipping regulations and documentation.
- Strong collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives when working independently.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime, particularly during peak inventory seasons.

- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certifications: Active forklift certification, or the ability to become certified upon hire.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for the majority of an 8-hour shift and comfortably lift up to 40+ lbs regularly.
- Communication: Full fluency in English (ability to read, speak, and write effectively).
