Field Leadership Lead and supervise crews of 5+ technicians and helpers. Assign daily work objectives, manage labor efficiency, and track materials. Coordinate directly with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other onsite trades. Provide daily project updates to management and handle customer communication. Installation & Technical ExecutionPull, route, dress, label, terminate, test, and troubleshoot Cat5e/6/6A structured cabling and fiber optic cabling. Install and support CCTV/surveillance, access control, intercom, and commercial sound/paging systems. Build out network racks, cabinets, patch panels, and MDF/IDF rooms. Perform fiber fusion splicing, OTDR testing, and generate certified Fluke test reports. Documentation & Safety Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, riser diagrams, and Scopes of Work. Complete daily field reports, redlines, and as-built documentation. Conduct daily safety planning and strictly enforce OSHA compliance.

Experience & Certifications Experience: 3?5+ years of low-voltage installation experience with field crew leadership. Certifications Required: BICSI, FOA, and OSHA 10 certifications. Standards: Deep compliance with T568A/B, TIA, and BICSI industry standards. Physical & Logistical Requirements Must own basic low-voltage hand tools (snips, strippers, punch tools, crimpers, etc.). Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, lifts, ceilings, and active construction sites. Up to 50% regional travel throughout Utah, Nevada, and Idaho (per diem and lodging provided). Flexibility to work overtime, nights, and pass a background check/drug screening.
