Responsibilities:
Operate light machinery and production equipment according to established procedures
Load materials, set up basic machine functions, and monitor equipment during operation
Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to Zebra specifications
Perform routine checks, basic adjustments, and minor troubleshooting
Maintain accurate production counts, documentation, and workflow records
Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and all facility guidelines
Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards
Communicate equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors promptly
Support continuous improvement initiatives and team production goals
Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Skills:
Experience in electronics, printing, or labeling production
Familiarity with measurement tools, gauges, or basic quality checks
Basic computer skills for production tracking
Education:
No Degree Required

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required
Ability to operate light machinery and follow detailed instructions
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40???50 lbs as needed
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
