This is an entry-level opportunity designed for a mechanically inclined individual looking to learn a highly marketable, skilled trade. Rather than requiring years of experience, this position offers comprehensive, on-the-job training to safely run and maintain automated production machinery in a clean, regulated food-packaging environment.

Responsibilities:
Learn to set up, start, operate, and shut down automated food-packaging machinery.
Monitor machine settings, gauges, and HMI touchscreen controls to ensure optimal production speeds.
Perform basic troubleshooting, minor mechanical adjustments, and routine equipment changeovers.
Conduct visual quality checks on finished packaging to ensure seals, labels, and dates meet strict guidelines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) regarding facility hygiene and cleanliness.
Working hours: 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM
Skills:
Previous experience in a fast-paced assembly line, warehouse, or production environment.
Prior experience utilizing basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers) for hobbies, automotive maintenance, or home repair.
Familiarity with reading basic digital displays, gauges, or utilizing digital interface screens.

Qualifications:
Mechanical Aptitude: Basic comfort working with your hands, using simple tools, or a demonstrated interest in how machinery operates.
Dependability: A proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuation, as this specialized role is critical to the production line.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and move around machinery for the duration of a 6-to-8-hour shift, and lift up to 25?50 lbs occasionally.
Communication: Ability to read, understand, and follow written standard operating procedures and safety manuals.
