Responsibilities:
-Set up, operate, and monitor printing, slitting, or finishing machines according to production specifications
-Perform basic machine adjustments to maintain print quality and production efficiency
-Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy, color consistency, and quality standards
-Follow job tickets, production schedules, and supervisor instructions
-Maintain accurate production logs, counts, and documentation
-Assist with material handling, loading rolls, and staging work as needed
-Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements
-Communicate equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors promptly
-Support continuous improvement efforts and follow all facility procedures

-Forklift experience
-Experience with flexographic printing, digital printing, or converting equipment
-Familiarity with basic quality checks and measurement tools

Qualifications:
-Machine Operator II will train under and experience operator and may work as a production assistant to begin with. Responsible for packaging, assisting Operators and retrieving materials as needed.
-Previous machine operation experience in manufacturing (printing or label industry preferred)
-Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
-Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
-Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
-Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
-Clean background required
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Willingness to work any assigned shift
