he operator will collaborate closely with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements. Position Title: Machine Operator
Location: Eustis
Pay Rate: $20.50/hour.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor industrial manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
Adjust machine settings such as temperature, airflow, and other settings to achieve optimal results.
Inspect materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and report any deviations.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
Collaborate with production and quality control teams to identify and resolve process issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of cycles, equipment performance, and any incidents or adjustments made.
Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety training to promote a safe work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-year previous experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment is required.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and equipment manuals.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as required.
Experience working with carriers, freight scheduling, or inventory management systems.
Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment, preferably within food or beverage production.
Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Fluency in English is required.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Certification or training in industrial equipment operation or manufacturing processes.
Experience with process optimization and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial settings.
Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring systems.
Great communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
