Industry Experience: At least one year of related experience in a high-speed manufacturing or food production facility.Process Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge of ice cream production or similar food manufacturing processes.Safety & Quality Training: Previous exposure to GMP standards and food safety regulations.Leadership: Experience managing small team dynamics, such as coordinating rotations and shift hand-offs.
