We are hiring for machine operators who will operate injection molding machine operator is responsible for operating and monitoring assigned plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality components according to engineering blueprints and work order specifications. Responsibilities:
Set up, start, and operate multiple plastic injection molding machines; monitor machine cycle times, ensuring continuous and efficient production.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules. Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, Vernier calipers, optical comparator, gauges) to perform first-piece and in-process inspections to verify conformance to specifications.
Continuously monitor machine parameters, including barrel temperatures, injection pressures, and cycle settings, detecting and reporting any non-conformances immediately.
Perform minor process adjustments and machine resets to correct basic defects (e.g., flash, short shots) and optimize part quality.
Accurately complete production logs, quality inspection forms, and defect reports.
Perform routine, occasional preventive maintenance as instructed by the manufacturer (e.g., cleaning molds, greasing, checking fluids). Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE and following Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Load appropriate raw plastic resins into machine hoppers, ensuring correct material use and proper drying.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Proven ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and work instructions.
Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience operating plastic injection molding machines.
Familiarity with various thermoplastic resins and their processing characteristics.
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
