Role Highlights:
- Starting pay: $18/hr+
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts available- + $2/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts!

What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate hydraulic and punch press equipment to meet quality and production standards
- Load materials, install tooling, and assist with machine setups
- Read work instructions, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate production
- Inspect finished parts and document production and quality information
- Troubleshoot basic manufacturing and equipment issues and escalate concerns when needed
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Support preventative maintenance activities and maintain a clean, safe work area
- Follow all plant safety, quality, and production standards
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic math, measurements, and quality checks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Team-oriented, dependable, and able to follow instructions effectively
- Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment is a plus
