The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating specialized fabrication machinery to cut, bend, shape, expand, and assemble copper tubing.
Responsibilities:
Set up, calibrate, and operate production machinery
Load copper coils or straight lengths into feeder mechanisms and secure workpieces into fixtures

Perform precise fabrication processes on copper components, including cutting, deburring, bending, swaging, and flaring
Prepare materials for downstream processes such as brazing, soldering, or automated welding
Conduct regular visual and dimensional checks using precision measuring tools
Strictly adhere to all warehouse safety rules, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, fabrication, or warehouse environment

Qualifications:
Ability to stand for long periods (8-10 hour shifts) and perform repetitive tasks
Capability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
Can be loud, dusty, and subject to temperature fluctuations depending on the season. May involve working near automated machinery and thermal processing areas (brazing/welding stations).
