We are seeking reliable, hard-working individuals for full-time production roles. The facility offers a unique working environment that includes both freezer/cold storage (approx. 37-F) and greenhouse/warm areas (up to 95-F). Successful candidates must be comfortable working in these varying temperature extremes and committing to a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
1st shift 6am - 6:30pm $17/hour
3rd shift 6pm - 6:30am $19/hour
2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, etc)
Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery efficiently (Machine Operator roles).
Perform general labor duties such as packing, sorting, cleaning, and material handling.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Monitor product quality and report any issues to the supervisor.
Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Knowledge / experience in food processing, agricultural, or production evironment
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule.
Ability to work M-Sun working a 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, etc.)
Ability to tolerate and work comfortably in extreme temperature conditions (cold, wet, and hot environments).
1 year of experience operating machines
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
