Responsibilities:
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to contribute to our full-service machine shop operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in:
Programming & Setup: Developing efficient and precise CNC programs for various projects, including both large-scale components and intricate parts.
Problem Solving: Utilizing your expertise in reverse engineering to create solutions from customer samples or prints when traditional documentation is unavailable.
Diverse Projects: Working on a wide range of industrial projects, serving clients across various sectors.
Quality & Efficiency: Ensuring all machined parts meet rigorous quality standards and contributing to our commitment to timely project completion.
Collaboration: Working closely with our fabrication, welding, and mechanical services teams to deliver integrated solutions for our clients.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with various CNC controls and equipment (specific machinery includes CNC plasma and water jets, and a variety of machine shop equipment).
Reliability and a team-oriented mindset
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a job shop or industrial environment.
