Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Set up, start, and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and work orders.
Quality Control: Visually inspect finished products for defects or non-conformance to ensure they meet company standards.
Material Handling: Load raw materials into feeders and unload finished goods for packaging or further processing.
Maintenance: Perform basic daily upkeep and cleaning of machinery and work areas (5S standards).
Documentation: Maintain simple production logs and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Previous Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a warehouse, production, or construction environment.
Technical Familiarity: Prior experience using hand tools, calipers, or basic measuring devices.
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shifts, or overtime as needed.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying minor machine issues before they lead to downtime.

Basic Mechanical Aptitude: Comfort working with hands and a basic understanding of how mechanical parts function.

Communication: Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals in English
