Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:45 PM - 9:15 PM (Includes working every other weekend)
Pay Rate: $24.22 per hour + overtime as required
Shift B: Night Shift (Grave)
Schedule: 4:45 PM - 5:15 AM (Rotating Continental Schedule - includes working every other weekend)
Pay Rate: $24.72 per hour + overtime as required
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will help batch raw materials, produce waffles, and manage high-quality food packaging. Your day-to-day will include:
Production Line Support: Monitor product flow on a conveyor belt and stack items efficiently for wrapping.
Machine Operation: Oversee and adjust wrapping machine speeds; perform minor equipment maintenance.
Quality Assurance: Remove defective items from the production line, record product data, and maintain strict food safety standards.
Team Collaboration: Maintain a clean, organized workstation, rotate into the Production Specialist role, and assist with other duties as assigned.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Strong Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable performing minor routine maintenance and adjustments on automated assembly equipment.
Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work seamlessly as a team player, rotate between different production roles (like Production Specialist), and communicate effectively.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Gear: Must have or be willing to get non-slip, steel-toed shoes.
Physical Ability: Able to lift 20 to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day and stand for long periods.
Core Skills: Strong manual dexterity, high attention to detail, and excellent listening skills.
Reliability: Great time management skills and the ability to understand and follow strict directions.
Experience: 1?4 years of experience in a warehouse, food handling/packaging, machine operation, or assembly line environment is preferred.
Service Industry experience is a HUGE plus!
