What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment to meet quality and production standards
- Load materials, verify material thickness, and monitor machine performance
- Troubleshoot machine alignment, cut quality, and minor program issues
- Apply basic G-code and M-code knowledge during machine operation
- Inspect finished parts and document production and quality information
- Support preventative maintenance and maintain equipment performance logs
- Cross-train on multiple laser systems and follow all safety standards
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previousmanufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic math, measurements, and quality checks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Team-oriented, dependable, and able to follow instructions effectively
- Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment is a plus
