We are currently hiring for specialized roles in Coating and Slitting operations. Responsibilities:
Operation & Maintenance: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and product specifications to run machinery efficiently. Perform operator-led preventive maintenance.
Material Handling: Load raw materials and unload finished goods according to the bill of materials and product specifications.
Quality Assurance: Perform in-line quality checks using approved measuring devices, adjust machine settings as needed, and report malfunctions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate daily production records and equipment logs.
Leadership & Improvement: Collaborate with department managers to optimize settings, boost efficiency, and reduce scrap. Train helpers and serve as a machine lead when needed.
Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere to all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and keep work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of dedicated machine operator experience.
Direct experience in Coating (for Coating Line Operators) or Slitting (for Slitting Line Operators).
Basic reading and math comprehension skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required for 12-hour shifts.
