Spherion Staffing is accepting applications for machine operating positions at a manufacturer in Iowa Park, TX! Pay depends on shift and department. Please see below for shift schedules:
1st Shift= Monday - Thursday 7am - 5pm
2nd Shift= Monday - Thursday 5pm - 3am
Weekend Day Shift= Friday - Sunday 5am - 5pm
Weekend Night Shift= Friday - Sunday 5pm - 5am

Responsibilities:
PUNCH PRESS OPERATOR TASKS: Punching holes and/or stamping logo onto cut metal fasteners. Remove part from machine and inspect for quality.
CNC OPERATOR TASKS: Load and unloading parts into a CNC machine and set it up using the control panel on the machine and then run the drill. Follow blueprints to ensure quality parts are produced and isolate any parts that do not meet specs.
ROBOTIC AUTOMATION FEEDER OPERATOR: watching the machine, resetting it when needed, and follow the directions on the screen.
ROBOTIC WELDER OPERATOR: Setting up and operating a robotic welding machine (not the actual welding); position uses basic math and measurement tools
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Willing to do repetitive work to meet quotas
- Quality control experience
- Prior machining experience
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, carry, twist for duration of 10 -12 hour shift
- Know how to operate technology, "tech savvy"
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- MUST know how to read calipers AND blueprints
