What you'll do
- Robotic Welding: Program, operate, and adjust robotic welding equipment for production
- Material Handling: Load, secure, and tack-weld components into position; unload finished frames manually or with a hoist
- Setup & Quality: Set machine parameters (wire feed, gas, amperage) based on blueprints and inspect finished parts using gauges
- Finishing & Maintenance: Perform MIG/TIG welding and grinding as needed; conduct routine equipment maintenance
- Inventory & Reporting: Track part counts, label containers accurately, and report quality issues to management
