Pay: $20.00 - $40.00/hr (Scaling with your experience level)
The Investment: Up to $10k/year in tuition reimbursement to help you get certified or finish your degree!
Responsibilities:
Skill-Based Operations: Operate high-end CNC machinery (Haas, Okuma, DMG Mori) at a level that matches your current expertise.
Precision Growth: Learn to read complex blueprints and master precision measuring tools (gages, comparators).
Data Mastery: Maintain SPC data collection and apply machine shop math.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Skills:
For Entry Level: A strong mechanical aptitude, a curious mindset, and a history of working with your hands.
For Pros: Previous experience in Aerospace and a deep understanding of CNC set-ups.

Qualifications:
The Basics: HS Diploma/GED and U.S. Citizenship/Permanent Residency.
The Physicals: Stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
The Clearance: 10-year background check and 5-panel drug screen (No THC).
The Gear: Safety shoes and prescription safety glasses required.
