Job Description:
The Maintenance Labeling Assistant is responsible for organizing inventory and applying identifying labels to tools, equipment, parts, and facility assets. This role focuses purely on labeling and physical inventory tracking to support the maintenance team.
Responsibilities:
- Print and apply barcode, QR, or text labels to parts and equipment.
- Verify that label details match inventory system records exactly.
- Organize maintenance storage areas, shelves, and bins for easy access.
- Count and log physical inventory items during the labeling process.
- Report missing, damaged, or misidentified parts to the supervisor.
