(PM).
??? Develop and implement a daily maintenance task work order system to record, track, and evaluate
equipment performance. Utilize the work order system to propose equipment improvements and/or
replacement. Apply lessons learned to modify recall periods in the PM system.
??? Develop and implement a PM system on all manufacturing equipment that includes established periodic
component inspection, cleaning, and replacement to maximize equipment functional up-time.
??? Develop and implement an effective spare parts system to ensure equipment wear components are
available in the appropriate quantity and ready in accordance with the PM system recall and work order
system.
??? Develop service supplier relationships to ensure technical skills and task resource demand and
capacity is assessed and external service is applied as necessary to maintain manufacturing
expectations.
??? Support root cause/corrective action teams for both product quality and process safety.
??? Contribute to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
