Responsibilities:
Maintain & Repair: Perform advanced electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic servicing on automated high-speed food processing and packaging equipment.
Troubleshoot & Diagnose: Utilize systematic breakdown analysis to diagnose root causes of electrical, 480V, PLC, and VFD issues to prevent recurring equipment failures.
Execute & Comply: Complete 100% of assigned preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and respond immediately to line-down calls to minimize operational downtime.
Fabricate & Weld: Perform sanitary TIG/MIG welding and basic fabrication to modify, repair, or restore machinery components to optimal working order.
Document & Report: Maintain accurate records of work orders, downtime metrics, and replacement parts usage in the facility maintenance management system.
Enforce & Sanitize: Strictly adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, 480V safety guidelines, and stringent "clean as you go" hygiene standards within a food-safe environment.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Industry Experience: Background in food, beverage, or high-speed consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing.
Fabrication Skills: Proficiency in sanitary TIG welding and custom metal fabrication for food-grade production lines.
Utilities Expertise: Familiarity with industrial boilers, air compressors, condensers, or ammonia refrigeration systems.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in 480V three-phase electrical systems, mechanical power transmission, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Automation Knowledge: Strong ability to troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, VFDs, and automated control systems.
Safety & PPE: Strict commitment to Lockout/Tagout protocols and the ability to work full 12-hour shifts wearing all required PPE, including company-issued safety boots, hard hat, hearing protection, and protective suits.
