We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This a temporary role with possible conversion for the right candidate.

A strong background in a manufacturing environment is required, alongside excellent troubleshooting skills and a commitment to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) compliance.
Responsibilities:
Execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PMs) and timely resolution of equipment breakdowns on manufacturing machinery, with a focus on CNC machines.
Perform general maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks for building and operating systems ("handyman" type work).
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues quickly and efficiently.
Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for completing and documenting all work orders.
Strictly adhere to and enforce all EHS procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and maintain familiarity with OSHA regulations and local building codes.
Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities within the maintenance department.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Proficiency in using a CMMS or similar system.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical manuals.
Demonstrated knowledge of and strict adherence to current health, safety, and OSHA regulations.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of maintenance/repair service experience in a manufacturing setting. Experience from non-manufacturing environments will not be considered.
Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (2+ years).
