Have you ever desired to lead the line, master the machines, and keep production moving? We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our maintenance team in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our facility and equipment.

-Perform preventative maintenance and urgent repairs, keeping production lines running at optimal efficiency.
-Oversee and continuously improve the preventative maintenance program
-Maintain accurate maintenance records, ensureing all scheduled work is completed on time.
-Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant machinery and facility equipment ? Work on pumps, valves, mixers, motors, and packaging systems.
-Utilize rapid diagnosis and resolution of mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
-Manage inventory of critical spare parts and coordinate with external vendors when needed.
-Ensure plant equipment is cleaned and maintained and follow routine schedules.
-Identify and resolve safety-related maintenance issues ? Prioritize a safe working environment.
-Support facility upkeep ? Maintain a clean, functional, and compliant environment.
-Research equipment or materials ? Present data-driven recommendations for operational improvements.
-Supervise maintenance staff ? Assist with budgeting for maintenance projects.
-Perform additional duties ? Complete extra tasks as assigned.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Leadership or mentoring experience
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
-Must have 5S facilities and manufacturing maintenance experience.
-Must have experience programming PLCs.
-Must have reliable transportation.
-Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently (e.g., lifting multiple 50-pound containers off the assembly line; stacking products on pallets; pulling and packing for shipping).
