What You’ll Do:

Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians on your shift
Ensure preventative and predictive maintenance is performed efficiently and on schedule
Troubleshoot equipment issues and support complex repairs
Promote safety culture and enforce OSHA standards and company policies
Collaborate with other departments to improve equipment performance and uptime
Track and report maintenance metrics and equipment history
Work directly with outside vendors and contractors when needed
Support installation and upgrades of equipment and processes
What You Bring:
5+ years of maintenance experience, ideally in a food or manufacturing environment
5+ years of leadership experience in a maintenance or technical setting
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of PM programs and maintenance best practices
Familiarity with CMMS software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and team-building skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
