-Prioritize and assign daily work orders, providing clear direction and overseeing shift pass-down issues-Oversee a predictive and preventive maintenance (PM) program to eliminate unscheduled downtime and extend the lifespan of plant assets-Use systems to plan tasks, including required time, parts, and descriptions to maximize activity during planned downtime and washes-Support root cause analysis on equipment failures to ensure issues are permanently resolved-Handle timekeeping, performance evaluations, promotions, and transfers-Train and coach staff on existing and new equipment to ensure a high level of technical competency-Assist the Maintenance Manager with capital projects and the development of department policies

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
