Qualifications & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments. Supervisory or lead experience preferred. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills across multiple equipment types. Working knowledge of: oMechanical, electrical, and process systems oPreventive maintenance practices oIndustrial safety procedures Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance documentation. Ability to lead by example in a hands-on environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Shift & Scheduling ExpectationsThis is a hands-on supervisory role supporting a manufacturing operation. Flexibility is required to support production schedules, maintenance activities, and equipment needs. Availability outside of standard business hours may be required to respond to equipment issues or support critical maintenance work. Work schedules may evolve as the facility scales to additional shifts and production volumes.
