Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians to ensure 24/7 coverage and operational excellence.
Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for all manufacturing and packaging equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Manage parts inventory, vendor relationships, and maintenance budgets to minimize downtime and costs.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and food safety/quality standards (GMP, SQF).
Analyze equipment data and downtime metrics to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Industry Experience: Prior experience working within the food and beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing industries.
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Certifications: Professional certifications in CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or Lean Six Sigma.
Software Proficiency: Advanced experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and inventory.

Experience: Minimum of 3???5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Knowledge: Strong background in industrial mechanics, electrical systems (PLCs, VFDs), and automation.
Regulations: Deep understanding of OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and standard lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Leadership: Proven track record of managing, training, and developing technical teams.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating across departments.
