Responsibilities:
Facility Coordination: Direct the activities of clean-up crews, janitorial personnel, and summer help to ensure facility standards are met.

Operational Oversight: Manage the ordering of parts and supplies, maintain detailed maintenance paperwork, and interface directly with corporate office personnel.

Technical Maintenance: Lead the repair and preventative maintenance of CNC machines, welders, air compressors, and fiberglass/lamination equipment.

Building Infrastructure: Oversee and execute building repairs (interior and exterior) and manage data networking installations.

Safety Stewardship: Ensure all team activities comply with ARC Flash, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and PPE requirements.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Skills:
Technical Depth: Specialized knowledge in CNC/PLC systems and electrical/plumbing infrastructure.

Problem Solving: A proven "great problem solver" who can think critically under pressure.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the gap between floor operations and corporate management.

Blueprint Literacy: High proficiency in reading tool schematics, blueprints, and precision measurements.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Electrical Mastery: Proficiency in reading ladder logic and electrical schematics; expert use of multimeters and diagnostic test equipment.

Industrial Mechanics: Working knowledge of production machinery (drill presses, band saws, metal fab equipment) and lamination tools.

Heavy Equipment Operation: Skilled in operating and maintaining forklifts (certification required), tractors, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in varied environments (non-AC, outdoors, dusty, or noisy).

Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and crawl for the duration of a shift.
