Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and support the training and development of four maintenance technicians.
Operational Excellence: Maintain equipment, machines, and building grounds in a professional manner, ensuring everything functions at required performance and safety levels.
Troubleshooting: Fix issues with production equipment by identifying and repairing root causes to minimize production downtime.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in LEAN workshops (Kaizen and SMED) and assist in team problem-solving and the reengineering of lines and machines.
Safety & Quality: Prioritize safety and quality in all projects, maintaining the facility to ensure a safe working environment and minimize future repairs.
Scheduling Flexibility: Work early, stay late, or work weekends as needed to complete critical maintenance tasks.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Advanced Control Systems: Knowledge of PLC systems and other automated control systems.
General Trades: Experience in plumbing, general building maintenance, and janitorial oversight.
LEAN Experience: Previous participation in Kaizen or SMED workshops to drive process improvements.
Digital Literacy: Working knowledge of computers and networking for maintenance tracking and diagnostics.

Qualifications:
Electrical Expertise: Basic working knowledge of 24VDC, 110V, 240V, and 480V all-phase systems.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to read electrical schematics, handle circuit breaker/fuse changes, and install wiring for power and control systems.
Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and preventive maintenance.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 75 lbs. consecutively, walk continuously, and work in heights via man-lift.
Environmental Adaptability: Capability to work in both summer heat and winter conditions while squatting, kneeling, or bending as required.
Tool Usage: Proficiency with saws, grinders, and welding/fabricating equipment.
