The M1 Technician is essential to daily operations, balancing equipment operation, preventative maintenance, and material handling. Shifts Available:
Day A: Wed-Sat (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
Day B: Sun-Wed (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
Night: Sun-Wed (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation: Operate machinery, vehicles, and hand tools safely according to company standards.
Maintenance: Perform minor and preventative maintenance, including lubricating bushings and adjusting conveyor belts.
Logistics & Material Handling: Use forklifts to move materials between production stations.
Staging: Prepare raw materials for production and stage finished goods for outbound logistics.
Loading/Unloading: Load raw materials into machines, unload incoming materials, and load finished goods into shipping trailers.
Technical Support: Assist senior technicians with complex equipment repairs and facility maintenance.
Facility Care: Support overall industrial cleaning activities to maintain factory standards.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Skills:
A background in mechanics, construction, or other related field
Forklift experience
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: 1 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment performing maintenance on heavy equipment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Engineering-related education or experience is a strong plus.
Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate a large manufacturing facility
