Flexible Shifts: Work rotating 2-2-3 shifts (7:00 AM-7:30 PM or 7:00 PM-7:30 AM) with comprehensive day-shift training provided for the first few months.

Responsibilities:
Maintain & Adjust: Set up production machinery, execute routine preventive maintenance, and calibrate equipment to meet strict operational standards.
Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues on blow molding and injection molding equipment to restore operations quickly and minimize downtime.
Monitor & Predict: Utilize diagnostic tools and predictive maintenance techniques to identify potential failure points before disruptions occur.
Support Facilities: Perform general facility maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, organized, and compliant working environment.
Track & Train: Log labor hours accurately using plant software and participate in sponsored technical skills training.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Education & Experience: Associate degree in a technical field or prior maintenance experience in plastics manufacturing or a similar high-volume industrial environment.
Diagnostic Skills: Familiarity with condition monitoring equipment, maintenance management software (such as MP2), and automated packaging systems.
