Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot & Repair: Isolate root causes and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems to minimize production downtime.
Inspect & Maintain: Perform routine preventive maintenance on motors, conveyor systems, pumps, and production machines following manuals and schematics.
Diagnose & Fix: Interpret basic electrical ladder logic, trace circuits, replace sensors/motors, and resolve electrical and control faults safely using meters.
Fabricate & Weld: Perform routine welding, metal fabrication, and part repairs to maintain shop and plant equipment.
Manage & Support: Track parts usage in the CMMS, support 6S safety initiatives, and coordinate directly with production teams to address unscheduled emergency repairs.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Certifications: Industrial Maintenance certification or related trade credential preferred.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Capabilities: Ability to read blueprints/schematics, operate shop equipment, and use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend/crawl under machinery, and operate or get certified on a scissor lift.
Background & Compliance: Must pass a drug screen (including marijuana); background check requires no felonies within the last 7 years (misdemeanors welcome).
Tools: Must provide your own basic hand tools (specialized tools provided by the company).
