We are seeking two Maintenance Technicians to support a senior housing complex in Carmel. One role requires specific experience in painting and drywall repair while the second role is ideal for a generalist looking to assist with property upkeep and resident services. Both roles have a possibility for long term employment. Both positions report directly to the on-site Facilities Director.

Responsibilities:
Perform interior painting, trim work and drywall patching for move-in/move-out "make-ready" status
Assist with minor plumbing and electrical fixes (leaks or light switch replacement)
Maintain property cleanliness through daily trash pickup and basic landscaping tasks
Respond to service requests in a professional manner
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Color matching and finishes
Detailed prep work
Familiar with low-VOC paints
Customer service excellence, including prior experience working in a senior living, hospitality or residential setting
Good problem solving skills
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Knowledge of basic hand tools
Advanced painting experience (cutting, rolling, texture matching and drywall repair)
General handyman skills and a willingness to learn basic trades
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Reliable attendance and a respectful service-oriented attitude
