Responsibilities:
Safely maintain, repair, replace, and modify all processing, packaging, and facility equipment to ensure optimal quality and efficiency.
Perform a variety of technical troubleshooting and repair activities on high-speed industrial equipment, including packaging, weighing, filling, and inspection machinery.
Operate and maintain a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to complete work orders, log maintenance issues, and track inventory.
Perform both basic mechanical and some electrical repairs, including AC & DC motor controls and solid-state motor controls.
Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
Communicate effectively with production teams and other technicians to identify and address problem areas.
Participate in the development and delivery of training to ensure proper execution of system requirements.
Adhere to company policies and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience with industrial equipment, preferably in a food processing or packaging facility. Technical training will also be considered.
Familiarity with preventive or reliability-based maintenance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a cold (34 degrees F) and wet environment.
Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with others.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
