Responsibilities:
- As a key member of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of our equipment and maximizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE):
- Advanced Troubleshooting & Repair: Perform mechanical maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on high-speed production machinery by analyzing problems and interpreting technical information (schematics, drawings).
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute and support the PM program to proactively reduce unscheduled downtime and improve machine longevity.
- Facility Utilities Management: Safely operate and maintain critical plant utility equipment, including steam boilers, water chillers, cooling towers, well pumps, and HVAC systems.
- Compliance & Safety: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including Lock-out / Tag-out (LOTO) procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), upholding the highest standards.
- Documentation & Communication: Complete work orders accurately and on time, maintaining detailed logs in our software, and demonstrating excellent communication across all departments.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in industrial maintenance OR technical certification.
- Mechanical Expertise: Strong background in troubleshooting and repairing core production equipment components (bearings, seals, gearboxes, chains, belts).
- Utility Systems (A Plus): Experience with Boilers, Water Chillers, HVAC, Compressed Air, or Hydraulics is highly preferred.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals in English.
- Tool Requirement: Must possess, maintain, and supply your own basic tools appropriate for the role.
