As a key member of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of our equipment and maximizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE):- Advanced Troubleshooting & Repair: Perform mechanical maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on high-speed production machinery by analyzing problems and interpreting technical information (schematics, drawings).- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute and support the PM program to proactively reduce unscheduled downtime and improve machine longevity.- Facility Utilities Management: Safely operate and maintain critical plant utility equipment, including steam boilers, water chillers, cooling towers, well pumps, and HVAC systems.- Compliance & Safety: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including Lock-out / Tag-out (LOTO) procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), upholding the highest standards.- Documentation & Communication: Complete work orders accurately and on time, maintaining detailed logs in our software, and demonstrating excellent communication across all departments.
