Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and determine the root cause of machine breakdowns or out-of-control conditions.
Dismantle defective machinery, install new or repaired parts, and execute routine preventative maintenance.
Install and repair electrical equipment, including transformers, 480V systems, wiring, and electronic components.
Assemble, install, and maintain piping networks alongside hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Set up and operate machine tools (lathes, grinders, mills, drill presses) to fabricate or repair parts, jigs, and fixtures.
Maintain plant physical structures and execute Continuous Improvement project work orders.
Track and log progress inside a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and coordinate with reliability staff on parts inventory
Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience maintaining electrical, technical, and mechanical systems.
Prior background in industrial maintenance or related manufacturing environments
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma.
5+ years of experience maintaining electrical, technical, and mechanical equipment.
Hands-on experience working with 480V electrical systems.
Flexibility to work shift assignments and overtime as necessary.
Qualification to operate powered industrial equipment.
Ability to meet physical demands: standing/walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, stooping, working in confined spaces, and full color vision
