This is a critical role responsible for the repair and upkeep of everything from complex CNC machinery and hydraulic systems to the very building itself. Responsibilities:
Industrial Equipment: Perform routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on CNC machines, welders, air compressors, and lamination equipment.
Systems & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and data networking systems.
Operations Management: Order necessary parts, maintain accurate maintenance paperwork, and interface with corporate office personnel.
Facility Oversight: Manage building repairs (interior and exterior) and coordinate the activities of summer help, janitorial staff, and cleanup crews.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to ARC Flash and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety standards.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Technical Depth: Advanced CNC/PLC knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Certifications: Active Forklift Certification and formal ARC Flash training.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse teams and corporate stakeholders.
Organizational Talent: Ability to organize work areas and prioritize tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

Qualifications:
Electrical Proficiency: Mastery of ladder logic, electrical schematics, and the use of multimeters/test equipment.
Mechanical Knowledge: Working knowledge of metal fabrication tools (drill press, saws) and fiberglass equipment.
Industrial Mobility: Experience operating/maintaining forklifts, tractors, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.
Physical Demands: * Ability to lift/handle up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments (hot, cold, dusty, or noisy).
Ability to stand, kneel, crawl, and bend for extended periods.
