Responsibilities:
Utility & System Management: Maintain and repair critical systems including, HVAC, compressors, and waste-water treatment.
Preventative Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled PM tasks to maximize reliability; identify and initiate corrective work orders to minimize unscheduled downtime.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; repair or replace faulty motors, pumps, bearings, belts, and sensors.
Daily Inspections: Conduct operational rounds to ensure compliance with PSM (Process Safety Management) and RMP (Risk Management Plan) standards.
Compliance & Food Safety: Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP protocols to prevent product contamination.
Emergency Response: Serve as a key member of the facility?s emergency response team.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Refrigeration Expertise: Direct experience with Ammonia Refrigeration systems and PSM programs.
Fabrication: Proficiency in welding and metal fabrication for equipment modification.
Electrical Knowledge: Advanced troubleshooting skills for industrial wiring and sensors.
Food/Beverage Experience: Prior experience in a GMP-regulated food or beverage manufacturing facility.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and schematics.
Mechanical Aptitude: Experience repairing industrial pumps, motors, gears, and pressurized equipment.
Safety Mindset: Thorough knowledge of "Best Safety Practices" and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work in wet, humid, and high-noise environments; comfortable working around allergens (nuts) and pressurized systems.
Accountability: Strong attention to detail regarding documentation and shift record-keeping.
