Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality electronic, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic service to processing, packaging, and auxiliary manufacturing equipment.
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on time to maximize equipment uptime and prevent machinery breakdowns.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose complex electro-mechanical failures swiftly to minimize unscheduled production downtime.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams to guide repair and installation work.
Work confidently on motors, low/high-voltage transformers, motor starters, switchgear, and control systems.
Perform line changeovers, support production startups, and complete necessary building maintenance activities as needed.
Maintain meticulous records of all work performed, parts usage, and downtime tracking via computerized maintenance software.
Adhere strictly to all "Best Safety Practices," Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and facility food safety/HACCP regulations.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Food Manufacturing Background: Experience working within a fast-paced food, beverage, or high-speed consumer goods manufacturing facility.
Advanced Technical Skills: Basic fabrication and industrial welding capabilities.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or digital work-order reporting software for asset tracking.
Root Cause Analysis: Analytical experience with Breakdown Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Electro-Mechanical Aptitude: Proven experience troubleshooting and servicing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in an industrial environment.
Technical Literacy: Ability to accurately read, interpret, and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
Equipment Experience: Hands-on competency working with industrial motors, transformers, starters, and switchgear.
Safety & Compliance: Thorough knowledge of industrial safety protocols (Lockout/Tagout, OSHA) and a commitment to maintaining rigorous hygiene and sanitation standards.
Communication & Interaction: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, operations peers, and leadership.
