Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventative and recovery maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Troubleshooting: Use technical manuals, schematics, and root cause analysis to diagnose equipment issues and PLC faults.
Production Fluidity: Monitor and adjust temperatures, viscosity, and metering scales; ensure material movement to prevent system seizing.
Fabrication & Rigging: Perform MIG welding to industry standards and utilize scissor lifts for rigging and high-level repairs.
Documentation: Create and maintain user guides for equipment maintenance and support the training of junior team members.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Advanced Troubleshooting: Experience performing high-pressure repairs on automated equipment under short timelines.
Systems Knowledge: Advanced understanding of PLC faults, sensor adjustments, and predictive maintenance (identifying remaining useful life of parts).

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Ability to perform motor diagnosis/replacement and overhaul complex mechanical systems.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret engineering designs and technical documentation.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and wear all required PPE in a heavy manufacturing environment.
Ability to weld to industry standard (MIG)
Ability to perform preventative and recovery maintenance on pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Perform preventative and recovery maintenance that may require extensive diagnosis and/or major overhaul
