Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive maintenance and repair on all in-house vehicles, including forklifts, dump trucks, and tractors.
Execute preventative maintenance and necessary repairs on all processing equipment.
Conduct in-house fabrication tasks, including welding, cutting, and grinding as required.
Implement safety lockouts and equipment shutdowns to ensure a safe working environment.
Work efficiently in demanding environmental conditions, including high ambient temperatures, dust, and potential chemical exposure.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience specifically maintaining agricultural or heavy processing equipment.
Familiarity with safety protocols such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-temperature work environment.

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience in mechanical repair and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated proficiency in fabrication techniques, particularly welding, cutting, and grinding.
Availability to work a seasonal schedule consisting primarily of 12-hour shifts, with flexibility for short-notice schedule changes and required overtime.
Willingness and ability to work safely in environments with extreme temperatures, dust, and hazardous chemicals.
