Responsibilities:
Maintain & Calibrate: Align and parallel all rolls while setting machinery parameters to ensure maximum production efficiency and high-quality output.
Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose programmable controllers, A/C and D/C drives, and electrical control systems to resolve equipment issues quickly.
Plan & Lead: Schedule maintenance tasks, delegate work orders to junior technicians based on skill level, and follow up to ensure quality repairs.
Manage & Utilize: Utilize maintenance software programs daily to track work orders, complete accurate documentation, and manage parts inventory.
Train & Mentor: Guide and teach lower-level maintenance personnel on qualification standards, safety protocols, and proper repair procedures.
Enforce & Execute: Adhere strictly to all safety policies, practice good housekeeping, and assist in maintaining a secure work environment.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Industry Experience: Prior maintenance experience within the corrugated, converting, or packaging industries.
Certifications: Active Lift Truck Operator License or related industrial equipment certifications.

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Technical Experience: Proven background as a Class B Maintenance Technician with strong proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and drive repair.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to accurately read a tape measure, convert measurements, and calculate fractions, decimals, and volume.
Physical Capability: Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift up to 100 lbs., and comfortably work in a fast-paced, high-noise industrial environment.
Tools: Must provide a personal basic maintenance tool set.
